Please read for our next call

On the call, there were two action items. One was assigned to David Farmer
regarding a list of core "intent"s. The other was assigned to Paul and
myself to propose defaults. I'm happy to say both items are done in plenty
of time for people to read them and comment on them before the call.

There's a lot of good content for both topics to get through in our next
meeting. Please take some time to look them over, comment on them, and be
prepared for the meeting. There is too much content to walk through
piece-by-piece in the meeting.
