BK: We plan to release MathML with chromium 109. Currently there are some
test failures. Fred Wang is working on the problems. At least one failure,
involving iFrames, is proving difficult to understand. Fred still hopes to
release MathML in Chrome 109.

BK: There is a specific flag for turning MathML on/off in the Chrome canary
release, but it is off by default at the moment.

- publishing CR draft <https://github.com/w3c/mathml-core/issues/170>

We have an issue to open a CR draft.

*ACTION* NS: will send out the horizontal review request.

DC: should improve intent for PR.

DC The spec is good to move to CR.

- Update MathML links in the WHATWG specification
<https://github.com/w3c/mathml-core/issues/150>

DC: Will point the links to core.

BK: We need to get a PR started. Outstanding issues have been resolved.

*ACTION* BK: will start a PR.

DC: will work on validator issues.

- Implementation report stopped updating...

BK: We will use platform tests. This issue should be closed.

Consensus to close issue 119.

NS: What is coming.

BK: wants to focus on crossing the last mile with level one.

NS: was supposed to ask the Interop people to suggest what we should work
on. Interop is not accepting new proposals; however, BK did update our
proposal.

BK: Interop is looking at 85 proposals. This is too many issues to work on
at the same time.

Igalia needs other people to help with the work; or, they should pay Igalia
to do the work.

BK: did not find much interest, by others, in working on MathML.

NS: wants CSS support in Firefox. NS will add this to issue 197.

BK: would like to focus on core level one. He wants to get a CR. NS agrees.

BK: We need to see that web platform tests are accurate and that bug
reports for level one are prioritized first.

BK: Once we are in CR, we can talk about level two things.

NS: wants someone to test NS's polyfills on a Mac. BK will do this once NS
sends BK tests.

LM: asked what interop was. We had a discussion on this.

DG: February marks the tenth-year anniversary of MathML being removed from
Chrome in 2013.

NS: Due to scheduling issues, we will cancel the November 28 core meeting
and move the December 26 core meeting to some other time.
