I'm pleased to be able to announce that the W3C "non DTD-based" validator has been updated to support MathML3. This confirms for example that the single file HTML5 version of the Editors' draft of MathML3 is valid: http://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2FMath%2Fdraft-spec%2Fmathml.html http://validator.w3.org/nu is an instance of the validator.nu validator http://about.validator.nu/#faq which is basically a RelaxNG based validator but with a lot of additional custom Java code to check things that may not be expressed in a schema. Thanks to Michael Smith for updating the code to use the MathML3 schema, and Henri Sivonen for developing the validator.nu system.
