Hello All, I see that we forgot to post an announcement last week when MathML 3 [1] and MathML for CSS [2] became Proposed Recommendations. We are pleased to have reached this important milestone, and thank you all for your comments and corrections over the last years. [1] http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML3/ [2] http://www.w3.org/TR/2010/PR-mathml-for-css-20100810/ Proposed Recommendation is the final step before full Recommendation status. Over the next few weeks, the W3C membership will be voting whether to accept MathML3 and MathML for CSS as recommendations. We are not expecting the vote to be controversial, but it is always nice to have more votes to show more support. So if you are associated with a W3C member organization, please put in a good word with your Advisory Committee member. --Robert Robert Miner Math Working Group co-chair Design Science, Inc. 140 Pine Avenue, 4th Floor Long Beach, California 90802 USA Main: (562) 432-2920 Direct: (651) 223-2883 Fax: (651) 292-0014 robertm@dessci.com www.dessci.com
