W3C MathML Test Suite, download? Where?

Hello, 

I am looking to download the W3C MathML Test Suite. Could someone please point 
me to a download page?

Apparently, it was formerly available from:

and
http://www.raleigh.ru/MathML/mmltex/Testsuite/index.php?file=download

with filenames:
    testsuite.zip [2.25MB]
    testsuite.tar.gz [1.66MB]

    testsuite-xhtml.zip [212K] 

I am experimenting with gtkmathview from
http://helm.cs.unibo.it/mml-widget/
and I want to avoid continually doing copy-paste of text taken from the "W3C 
MathML Test Suite Extracts" working paper, which is what I am doing now, and 
I think what the downloadable testsuite files were intended to help avoid, 
no?
