One of those, yes.

Thank you for reporting this.  e-notation should be added to the schema
as you suggest.

Since this isn't strictly a change to the REC document, I don't think
that it should be listed in the errata for the specification but we
should fix the schema file and document the change in the change log
that is on the top level page
