There is now a collection of entity definitions hosted at the W3C at http://www.w3.org/2003/entities This is a mixture of an update to the existing data at http://www.w3.org/Math/characters with most of the text rephrased to be less mathml-specific, together with a new draft text of an update to ISO/IEC TR 9573 To include Unicode (ISO 10646) definitions of the entities rather than SGML SDATA entities. All the data and scripts to produce the site are also available, linked from the overview page. Currently the definitions are identical to the definitions in the forthcoming MathML 2 2nd edition PR draft.
