Not really the XSL, that is a function of the XML parser, XMl provides
no way to stop that, either the XML defines the entity (in which case it
is expanded) or it doesn't (in which case there is an error).
(Uniocde hex DZ is a German sharps rather than a beta, it should have
got translated to U0392.
