Hi.
My company makes a Java toolkit called WebEQ for making MathML-aware
applications, including equation editors. Using API calls, you can
instantiate an editable equation canvas in your application. You
would have to hook up your own arabic GUI, but it would be a
substantial head start. You can learn more at http://www.webeq.com.

There is a recently released Mozilla beta (open-source version of Netscape)
that does MathML.

Also, the W3C testbed browser Amaya supports MathML, and pure Java
browser called e-Lite from ICEsoft supports MathML. See
