Hi. My company makes a Java toolkit called WebEQ for making MathML-aware applications, including equation editors. Using API calls, you can instantiate an editable equation canvas in your application. You would have to hook up your own arabic GUI, but it would be a substantial head start. You can learn more at http://www.webeq.com. > Which Browser support MathMl and does IE5 do that? There is a recently released Mozilla beta (open-source version of Netscape) that does MathML. http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/m13/mozilla-win32-M13-MathML.exe Also, the W3C testbed browser Amaya supports MathML, and pure Java browser called e-Lite from ICEsoft supports MathML. See http://www.w3.org/amaya http://www.icesoft.no for details. --Robert ---------------------------------------------------------------- Robert Miner http://www.webeq.com Geometry Technologies, Inc. email: rminer@geomtech.com phone: 651-223-2884 ----------------------------------------------------------------
