TeXML is an XML vocabulary for describing TeX syntax. You write an XSL style sheet to translate your XML into TeXML. A small, simple program may readily translate TeXML to TeX. You may download the TeXML DTD, examples, and a translator written in Java; or read more about TeXML at IBM's AlphaWorks web site, http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/formula/texml.
