URI's with script parameters

Hi,

I have just started using libwww and I thought I would start by looking at 
webbot.  I noticed that for pages such as (for example only):

http://www.mysite.com/myscript.php?&page=1

which have hrefs on them such as "?&page=2"

then webbot says it found a link:

http://www.mysite.com/?&page=2

i.e. it removes the name of the script from the link, and so the link 
doesn't work.

Is this easy for me to fix?
