HELP - Unable to run LoarToFile Application!!

Hi,

I have installed the LibWWW version 5.2.8 and tried to run the sample
application - LoadToFile in WinNT. The application is creating the
output file as empty. Nothing is written into it. Could anyone please
help me in running the sample properly. Do I need to specify something
in my environment??
