Command line to compile against libwww.a

I know that the following (type of) question is expressly
discouraged but I have looked far & wide unsucessfully ..

Can someone please tell me what options (-I and -l and CFLAGS etc)
to use to simply compile a libwww application from the
command line? The app is too trivial to bother with
configure and make etc.
