missing functions?

Hello,

Looking at the online documentation I notice the following functions
listed on http://www.w3.org/Library/User/Extrnals.html#WWWHTTP

HTPostLocalFile
HTPostLocalFileAnchor

I downloaded the
http://www.w3.org/Library/Distribution/w3c-libwww-5.2.8.zip release
and those function don't appear in the source anywhere. 

Can anyone explain this discrepancy? Is the documentation out of date
or do I need a newer source release?
