DLL`s

I have been converting 16-bit code to 32-bit for running on Windows NT. The
compiler which we are
using is Borland 4. When I start multiple instances of a program I get the
error message, unable to
load multiple instances of a DLL under Win32s. We think this is to do with
the compiler, any ideas?.
