$)CRA(Request Advice) For w3c lib.

Hi.. My name is sung-jin, Kim.
I've just subscribed this mailing-list, and tanks for  those who are
developing www-lib.

May I borrow your advice?
I am novice to www-lib. so, I don't know very much about www-lib, how to
use...and so on.
I have plan to make multithreaded-www server. so, I decided to use
www-lib as a core engine.
but, according to my knowledge from articles for www-lib, it looks good
for client side applicaiotn not for server side.
Is www-lib  good for server side application? I would like to get advice
from www-lib expers.
