proxy redirection

Hi,

has anybody got proxy redirection running on CERN 3.0 (library 2.17)? I've
tried with the following option in /etc/httpd.conf on the host where the
proxy runs:

HTTP_Proxy                    dtina.ar:80 

but dtina.ar (which runs the 2nd proxy) never receives any connect
from the first proxy.  Here are some messages from the 1st proxy:

Proxy....... using another proxy dtina.ar:80 for http access
....
HTAccess.... Loading document http://www.microsoft.com/
Proxy server found: dtina.ar
HTAccess: Can't access `http://www.microsoft.com/'

Any clues ?
