common behaviour with GNUJSP & Tomcat

The common behaviour I have noticed with Tomcat & GNUJSP
is that both of them store the compiled jsp into a temp directory.

The best way to identify a Jigsaw server is usually to look at the
structure of ETags. It is usually the real fingerprint of a server. (In
Jigsaw, the server banner can be easily changed, but changing the Etag
structure requires more work).
