PROBLEM PARSING CGI HEADERS

After configuring all the neccessary steps in Jigsaw running on a Win NT
4 server , I still encounter a CGI  error : Unable to parse script
headers.

I am sure all the configurations are correct (tried all combinations) .

Can anyone explain what this message means.   The scripts were running
fine under IIS . NT4 though.
