If nothing else works, do what I do: shut down Jigsaw, edit
"http-server.props", and change "org.w3c.jigsaw.port" to 80.  This is what Yves
Lafon suggested to me for an earlier version Jigsaw, and it still works
perfectly well with the 19990607 version.
