I get the same behavior when browsing the doc using a Jigsaw 2.0 server I install on NT. If I dissable image loading on the browser, the problem goes away. It seems /Doc/doc.htm is looking for /Icons/w3c_home and Icons/jigsaw which don't exist. This cause the browser to "spin" forever waiting for these images to load. If I browse directly to /icons/w3c_home.gif which does exist the image doesn't show as missing (red x) and doesn't ever load either no matter what I do.
