How to add own dirs ?? Help me.

I don't understand hot to for adding my own directories.

I have try to add a dir named "pdf" to root dir and in
resource editor I have assigned index.html to index file.

When with the broweser I try to retrive /pdf directory,
the list of directory is displayed and not the file index.html

Under the dir there isn't the .jigidx . I think that is the problem.

How to for create it?
