There might be a problem with your Default Base URI. If you have been using an earlier version of IsaViz (1.0 or 1.1) and have an isaviz.cfg from this time, there is a good chance that the Default Base URI is still set to "online" or "online:". This causes the same error as you are reporting, because this scheme is no longer supported. Try setting this field to blank or to a well-formed URI. Please tell me if that solved your problem. If so, I will put a warning message on the IsaViz homepage so that people are aware of this.
