zoom problem?

Hi,

some times ago I complained that I could not zoom in a file, but you
asked for an example. I attach a project file. If I try to zoom in
(shift+right click, or by selecting an area) it does not work. I can
zoom out, though.  Any clue why?

I use jdk1.4, win2k
