    that contains counter styles

    richard: florian and fantasai have started working on ruby for
    html

    felix: (showing a PDF about a course syllabus: i18n and l10n
    topics, using a lot of material from the i18n activtiy and
    richard's tools. Students then may able to provide input to
    language matrix and the material can be re-used later)

    they'd consider in 2nd edition

    richard: one of the things is that PLH and the director find
    open issues

    … this is the revised version, ready to go
    … checklist generator is at the top
    … toc is 3 levels instead of 2
    … lists of links to docs with lilac background were at section
    ends, moved up
    … removed obsolete docs
    … each "advisement" has its own set of "legs"
    … click on gray "more" thing shows where you're going and what
    it is
    … can have mulitple links
    … making these links is really easy
    … two types "more" and "explanations and examples"
    … latter are mainly charmod, now takes to nearest sub section
    … more stuff is additional links, like to bcp47 or an article
    about grapheme clusters
    … needed to understand, just things useful for that comment
