Thanks. Are there sections that are stable/unstable? Are there areas of particular concern for review? TTML is a large spec. We'd like to start early.

I will note that 1 November to the end of the year does not leave a lot of time for review and any subsequent issue resolution because of the holiday season and given the size and complexity of the spec in question. I recall that the review of TTML 1.0 took a while. We'll do our best.
