richard: "more" sections are supposed to explain ... but in some cases like this might be a little bare ... for the sake of speed, just copied recommendations direct form charmod steven: logical vs. visual order ... is that applicable to non-unicode encodings richard: guidance to spec writers ... don't want new specs in visual order steven: my concern is some of our legacy encoding heritage ... okay with that ... base direction and assuming dir from lang ... 7 and 8?
