For clarity, I thought I'd mention here that all development of the Encoding Standard https://encoding.spec.whatwg.org/ now takes places on GitHub. The W3C Bugzilla component has been closed and all bugs filed there have been resolved. There's currently two open issues on GitHub: https://github.com/whatwg/encoding/issues Both require input from browser vendors about feasibility. One impacts the replacement encoding, the other the API. If you encounter any problems in the Encoding Standard please file issues on GitHub. Thank you. -- https://annevankesteren.nl/
