ISO/IEC10646-1:1993. The current specification also takes into consideration the first five amendments to ISO/IEC 10646-1:1993. Useful <a href="http://www.egt.ie/standards/iso10646/ucs-roadmap.html ">roadmaps</a>show which scripts sit at which numeric ranges.
