In qa-css-charset-new, the first sentence under What about the byte-order mark? http://dev.bittersmann.de/International/questions/qa-css-charset-new.de#bom already includes a link to qa-byte-order-mark. The last sentence of this section (“Read more about the byte-order mark.”) is redundant and can be removed. Or don’t link from the first sentence. For the correspondent section in qa-html-encoding-declarations-new http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-html-encoding-declarations-new#bom, you might also consider to make “byte-order mark” or “UTF-8 byte-order mark” in the first sentence the link and remove the last one (“Read more about the byte-order mark.”).
