In the section on the byte order mark, the terms "little-endian" and "big-endian" are introduced, but not fully defined. It would seem an easy matter to label each row in http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/images/bom.png with a tag, identifying which is little-endian and which is big-endian.
