One more tiny thing: Under “When not to use escapes” 
[http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/temp#Slide0440], 
example with escapes: One 'í' got left unescaped: "října" should 
be "října" (as it is in 
http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-escapes).

This applies also to
http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/en/slides/Slide0450.html,
http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/slides/Slide470.html,
http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/en/all.html):
it’s escaped in the graphic, but not in the text below (above).
