Hi Richard, The '!' character in both graphics http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/images/encodings-utf8.png and http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/tutorial-char-enc/images/encodings.png (line regarding UTF-8) should be right above the '21' box. I see an accessability issue in “The orange MIME-type labels are not recommended.” Never rely on color alone (b/o color blindness). You might want to write “The MIME-type labels application/xml and text/xml are not recommended.” Regards, Gunnar
