Useful example, thanks...

FWIW... clicking on this (perfectly displayed) link in my Thunderbird
email client, v2beta2 gives an error via

http://%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d8%af%d8%b1%d8%b3%d8%a9.%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d8%ad%d9%85%d8%af%d9%8a%d8%a9.%d9%84%d9%84%d9%85%d9%87%d9%86%d8%af%d8%b3%d9%8a%d9%86.emi.ac.ma/

"Server not found .... Firefox can't find the server at
%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d8%af%d8%b1%d8%b3%d8%a9.%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%85%d8%ad%d9%85%d8%af%d9%8a%d8%a9.%d9%84%d9%84%d9%85%d9%87%d9%86%d8%af%d8%b3%d9%8a%d9%86.emi.ac.ma."

However...

The link in that page works just fine, Firefox 2.0.0.3, in the same
browser which Thunderbird incorrectly invokes above.

Maybe this behaviour is well-known...
