RE: ANSI to UTF-8 conversion

Marek,

In order for the browser to correctly display the Japanese characters using
utf-8, you need not only to declare the encoding as utf-8 in <META> tag (as
you did), but also to actually save the file as utf-8. On Windows, Notepad
or IE can do this for you.
