RE: Unicode compliant HTML editor?

Hi Xin,

The Office 97 version of Microsoft Word (Word 97) will allow files to be
saved as UTF-8 and in HTML format. Microsoft's FrontPage Web page
editor/manager and Notepad utility allow users to save files in UTF-8
format. I also found this awhile ago: The Universal Word -
