New public TR on: Unicode in XML and other Markup Languages

The Unicode Consortium and the World Wide Web Consortium
have just published a new joint technical report entitled:

    Unicode in XML and other Markup Languages

    Proposed DRAFT Unicode Technical Report #20 
    W3C Working Draft 28-September-1999 

It is available publicly at the following two locations:

The latest versions will always be available at:

The report is still in an early stage, but please have
