LS, I would like to summarize on the Arabisation issue: - Netscape does not support arabic (when will it: Communicator 5.0? any comments Erik?),so in order to render Arabic on Windows with Netscape, one must use Windows 1256. With the Sindbad plugin from Sakhr Software (http://www.sakhrsoft.com/tech/ic-sind.htm) Netscape handles Arabic correctly. - MS IE and Tango support arabic and one can use iso-8859-6 or windows 1256 charsets. Linking arabic words works perfectly. Bottom line: windows 1256 seems to be the most appropriate choice for HTML in Arabic. I must apologogize to Erik van der Poel (Netscape) for the fact that I suggested that Netscape did not recognize the Content-Type META tag. This is obviously NOT true. Thanx to everybody that joint this discussion. Best Regards, Reinier van Kleij +---------------------------------+ | Dr. Ir.
