We agreed to implement it. Please have a look at http://www.w3.org/International/its/itstagset/itstagset.html#terminology-implementation . We have made another modification as a reply to your comment at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-i18n-comments/2006Jul/0026.html http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=3496 on standardized wording. Please let us know within 2 weeks if you are satisfied. If we don't hear from you , we will assume this issue as closed.
