I have talked to Tim shortly at the IETF meeting in San Diego on
Monday, and he confirmed to me by handshake that his message below,
"I'm entirely satisfied with the handling of all my comments." applies
not only to the comments that Tim has been notified about, but also
to all the others, including those rejected.

Tim, can you please confirm that, so that we have it on record?
