ok, so... what's wrong with:

h1 = page ... which perhaps should be the same as <title>
h2 = section
h3,h4,h5 = breaking up large sections.

  Instead of saying "This is a heading" or "This is a subheading" or
  "This is a subsubheading", in XHTML 2 you say "This is a heading for
  this section" and the amount of nesting on the section determines the
  level of the heading.
