Why cannot XHTML and XML be unified by including the capacity to include XML with reference to the XSD schema that parses the XML? It would simplify matters for the users, if XML schema extensible XHTML could be used, as is now possible, for web pages, forms, and graphics and to have it be extensible with XML XSD schema in order that applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets could be added.
