Now that we are talking about ‘M12N’, I wonder when there will be an updated draft with finished Schema implementation? We at Backbase <http://www.backbase.com/> have a product which mixes XHTML 1.0 with tags in our own namespace, which we call BXML tags. I have been trying to create generate a Schema from our so-called ‘master reference file’ for a while, which went pretty well by itself, but unfortunately I quickly ran into issues caused by the Schema not being finished yet. Because, as I said, we’re generating this from another file using an XML transformation, DTD is not an option (and I don’t want to use one of those terrible things anyway). Nevertheless I would very much like to generate such a schema, in particular for code completion and validation in XML editors such as XMLBuddy for Eclipse. So, I’m greatly anticipating a new version of the spec :). ~Grauw -- Ushiko-san!
