How should i prepare an URL ?

Hi HTML experts,


 


I got to solve the following scenario:-


I have an HTML page with two input fields on its first screen.


I have to prepare an URL for this HTML page in such a way that, i have to specify values for the two input fields in the URL itself so that, when the page is first displayed, the input boxes on the page should be filled with the values present in the URL.


Or to put simply, using the Querystring part of the URL, i want to fill the input fields on the page.


Is this possible ?


Its an urgent requirement.
