Hello, I am the developer of a collaborative online Tibetan dictionary application and I want to modify the markup to use definition lists instead of plain old nested lists. The entries contain sets of subcomponents like etymology, pronunciation, definition, etc. And some subcomponents themselves contain subcomponents, like definitions can have passages, model sentences, etc. I figure that I could easily use the <dl><dt><dd> structure for what is now my top-level list. But my question is, is there any meaningful way to represent the subcomponents while continuing to use the definition list semantics? Here's a sample entry that shows the structure. I haven't validated recently so please be forgiving :). http://tinyurl.com/2gspp Thanks for any ideas, Travis McCauley Tibetan & Himalayan Digital Library http://thdl.org
