For anybody interested in HTML to XML conversion, you can find an online
service at http://www.html2xml.com. Here you can either enter a URL or
upload an HTML file for conversion. The output is sent back as content-type
application/xml and can therefore be viewed directly in the browser.

One of the features is "pretty printing" which will indent each element
according to its depth in the XML hierarchy. Please check it out at your
convenience.
