At 11:57 AM -0700 7/7/00, Richard T Taylor didst inscribe upon an electronic papyrus: >Does anyone know where to obtain old AOL browsers? Here's AOL 2.7 for MacOS: <aol://4344:1095.m27final.9437904.515875830> I don't have any info on other ones. >And, is it necessary to test on them? Well, I've only come across two major issues with the AOL 2.7 browser (which is not to say there aren't more, of course). Those issues are: * BODY BGCOLOR must be "#RRGGBB" -- value "white" is seen as "#000000". * OPTION VALUE's must all be unique, as it eats duplicates. >I have heard that AOL has automatic updates and that most of their customers >have the newer version which have been integrated with IE. Is this true? Who knows. :) -Walter who had a great time at the Dark Shadows Festival :)=
