I understand that I am not as advanced as you all, and I'm sure this question is silly, but: Why don't my style sheets work in the newest version of Netscape Navigator? I've noticed that buttons (links) and mouseovers don't seem to work in the style sheets I've done. Am I supposed to make a second version of the site using the <LAYER> tag or what?
