Problem in multipart/form-data

Dear Sir,

I am using IIS ver 2.0 and writing cgi for uploading files from client
sites with
ENCTYPE=multipart/form-data but during the run cgi, browser shows an error 
(A network error occurred while Netscape was sending data). although this
error not
shows with less than 500kb files.

Kindly resolve my problem and give me suggestion.
