How do you keep fields in a HTML form from being blanked out while
switching frames? 

I have an html page with two frames.  One frame contains a form with
lots of fields.  Each field has a help button for the user to fill in
the appropriate information.  The help text is displayed in the second
frame.  This works great until help is implemented twice.  Then all the
fields in the form are blanked out.
